At NUSHÉ, we aim to deliver premium experiences. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent return and refund process to make it right.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • You notify us within 7 days of receiving the product
  • You have proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or confirmation email)


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened, used, or damaged perfume bottles
  • Sample/tester products
  • Gift cards and promotional giveaways


3. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email/WhatsApp
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method or via bank transfer (for COD orders) within 7–10 business days


4. COD (Cash on Delivery) Returns

For orders paid via COD:

  • Refunds are provided via bank transfer or mobile wallet (such as Easypaisa/JazzCash)
  • You must provide your bank account or mobile wallet details for refund processing
  • COD orders must follow the same eligibility criteria for returns


5. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly. Contact us with your order number and clear images of the product within 3 days of delivery.


6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
